Scope of Civil Works
- Excavation and foundation laying on rocky sloping hill terrain.
- Erecting high-strength reinforced cement concrete (RCC) structural frame.
- Executing premium exterior stone cladding and wood-panel accents.
- Installing floor-to-ceiling glass railings and weather-proof window frame systems.
- Completing structural brickwork, internal plastering, and primary utility conduit routing.
Technical Challenges Faced
The building is situated on a steep slope in Nanda Giri Hills, featuring hard granite rock. Standard excavation methods were impossible due to vibration controls required to protect adjacent premium residences.
Engineering Solutions Deployed
We implemented controlled chemical rock splitting and micro-blasting techniques to clear the foundation path safely. High-precision structural retaining walls were engineered to stabilize the sloping site before frame construction began.
